As a general rule, packages are sent within 24 hours after receipt of payment. (Except weekends and holidays, which would be made the next business day)
Some garments are not in stock and are ordered from the factory. In this case the delivery can be delayed in 15 days. In this case, the customer will be notified.
The merchandise will arrive at your address within 48 hours from the receipt of your order, if we have the goods in stock and if it is within the Iberian Peninsula. Except if it is weekend and holiday that the shipment is made the next day workable
For shipments within the European Union the normal delivery time varies depending on the country and the shipping method. When the purchase is made, the estimated delivery time will appear.
Shipments outside the European Union the normal delivery time ranges from 4 days to 30 days. All the customs expenses will be borne by the buyer and can not claim any amount from LA DOLCE VITA.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. Returns are allowed within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The return costs by courier are borne by the buyer.
