GADO GADO

The designer and owner of Gado Gado is Margriet Wagenaar, a Dutch designer based in the Netherlands who specializes in vintage and Mediterranean-style clothing. The clothing is made in India, China and Indonesia.

After studying in Amsterdam she moved to Ibiza where she started sewing and after 15 years she moved to Bali where she started to create the fashion brand GADO GADO. Her models are inspired by the culture and artisan form of Indian fashion clothing and she begins to produce in the country.

Gado Gado garments fuse the Mediterranean and Indian styles creating unique garments in a bohemian and romantic style.
