We ship worldwide with DHL,GLS, FEDEX.
As a general rule, packages are sent within 48/72 hours after receipt of payment. (Except weekends and holidays, which would be made the next business day)
Some garments are not in stock and are ordered from the factory. In this case the delivery can be delayed in 15 days.
The merchandise will arrive at your address within 48/72 hours from the receipt of your order, if we have the goods in stock and if it is within the Iberian Peninsula. Except if it is weekend and holiday that the shipment is made the next day workable
For shipments within the European Union the normal delivery time varies depending on the country and the shipping method. When the purchase is made, the estimated delivery time will appear.
Shipments outside the European Union the normal delivery time ranges from 4 days to 30 days. All the customs expenses will be borne by the buyer and can not claim any amount from LA DOLCE VITA.

WE DON´T TAKE CHARGE OF CUSTOMS AMOUNTS FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNS. Any amount of customs expenses, coming from countries outside the European Union, that we are charged upon receiving the returned merchandise will be deducted from the customer when making the economic refund of the merchandise.

Steps to make a return
Access your website with your username and password.Once you have accessed, go to the ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS section and all the orders placed will appear, you must select the DETAILS option and once here select the items to return, write the reason for return and select to request a return.
